Modern Slavery Statement 2022

At Realax CBD, we are committed to ethical business practices and upholding human rights. We recognize that modern slavery and human trafficking are serious crimes and violations of human rights, and we are committed to ensuring that our operations and supply chains are free from such practices.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and are committed to ensuring that our business and supply chains are free from such practices. This commitment is reflected in our policies and procedures, which are designed to prevent, detect and respond to any instances of modern slavery and human trafficking.

We have implemented the following measures to ensure that our business and supply chains are free from modern slavery and human trafficking:

Conducting due diligence on our suppliers and their supply chains to identify and assess potential risks related to modern slavery and human trafficking
Requiring all of our suppliers to comply with our Code of Conduct, which includes a prohibition on modern slavery and human trafficking
Regularly reviewing our policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective in preventing and addressing instances of modern slavery and human trafficking
Providing training to our employees on modern slavery and human trafficking and how to identify and report potential instances of these crimes
We also expect our suppliers to uphold the same commitment to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking. We have included a clause in all of our supplier contracts requiring compliance with our Code of Conduct and prohibiting the use of forced labor and human trafficking.

We will continue to monitor and improve our efforts to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains. This modern slavery statement will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to ensure its continued effectiveness.
